UNEXPECTED PROBLEM! My AMG GT Black Series has RETURNED, but...

It's finally here! My AMG GT Black Series has made the voyage all the way from New York to return to The Shmuseum. After the most incredible of adventures, there's the slight worry it might be dead on arrival, but up to My Car Import we go to get it unloaded!

My GT BS left home about 9-10 months ago, since which it has driven almost 14,000 miles across the US and back, via 29 States plus DC along the way. It's quite incredible to think that it was only a few weeks I said farewell to the car with the agent in New Jersey and yet it's here, ready to be pulled out of the container.

The very same car covered a tour in the UAE; visiting Dubai and Abu Dhabi, a year ago, and now has travelled more of the USA than most American cars. However, to bring it back home, it has been in the care of My Car Import who also looked after registering my imported SLS AMG Black Series, Shelby GT500, and even the Zenvo TSR-S.

Regardless, I'm slightly worried the lithium battery might have gone due to being left connected throughout the journey and hence we've brought a CTEK CS FREE with us, to ensure that it can be correctly charged and brought back should the worst have happened. Thankfully in this case, nothing to worry about despite the odds, but always good to have that reassurance.
