This Porsche Climbed a Volcano

Porsche's engineers did something truly memorable when they completed the project to build a Porsche 911 capable of climbing the western ridge of the Ojos del Salado volcano in Chile. We got a taste of the two 911’s capabilities on an off-road course in Malibu, California before the cars (lovingly named Doris and Edith) begin their permanent residency in the Porsche Museum.
