The Most Surprising Location for a Ferrari Collection!
This is not the location you would ever expect to find such a special car collection! Welcome to the Swap Shop in Florida, home to the likes of a LaFerrari, Enzo, F40 and many more rare, expensive and special supercars.
The late founder of Swap Shop, Preston Henn had a love for Ferrari and Porsche cars, and as part of the site where you also find a drive-in theatre, food market, discount stalls and a shopping arcade, there is also a museum featuring many of these cars. With particular loves for these two competitive brands, the pinnacle of the collection is the Ferrari 275 GTB/C Competizione, the class winner of the 1965 24hrs of Le Mans and the only one of the three of its type with any racing history, building on the previous 250 GTO. It is without doubt one of the most expensive cars in the world and would almost certainly break into the 9 figure price bracket were it to be sold.
Join me then to explore the collection on display at the Swap Shop and also to head over to Gunnar Racing who are responsible for the work that is done to the classics, mostly the Porsche race cars. There we can see not only the 275, but also the 918 Weissach and more special cars.
Thanks for watching, Tim
