The Lexus TX Offers Comfort Over Off-Road Capability
The Toyota Grand Highlander landed to a good deal of applause, so it stands to reason that its fancier sibling, the Lexus TX, would receive similar accolades upon its debut. The TX finally gives Lexus a large unibody SUV that ditches its predecessors’ truck-like qualities in favor of proper comfort. The powertrain is good for 366 hp and 406 pound-feet of torque. It parallels Toyota’s Hybrid Max setup but nudges output up by four hp and six pound-feet. Would you upgrade to a TX instead of a Grand Highlander?
