TESLA, SENATOR AMEDORE OPENED LARGEST NORTHEAST SUPERCHARGER AT ALBANY’S CROSSGATES MALL ON TUESDAY
Tesla, New York State Senator George Amedore and host Crossgates Mall opened the largest Supercharger in the Northeast on Tuesday morning in Albany. The 20-stall Supercharger highlights Tesla’s commitment to growing New York’s electric vehicle infrastructure and supporting local business development.
At the event, Senator Amedore addresses the economic benefits of Tesla’s investment in the Capital Region and the environmental benefits of expanding New Yorkers’ access to zero-emissions vehicles before cutting a ribbon to formally open the Supercharger. Representatives from Crossgates Mall, Albany County, the Town of Guilderland, Alliance for Clean Energy New York and Tesla will also speak, as will local business owner John Cole of Cole’s Collision Centers.
