The Renault Twizy is an electric city car to be produced by Renault manufactured entirely in Valladolid, Spain.[1]

The Car was featured throughout David Guetta's Futuristic-Styled Music Video 'Alphabeat'.

The car is to be released in Europe in April 2012, with three models, starting at €6,990 up to €8,490 (in the UK: £6,690 to £7,400). The sales price does not include the batteries, which will be leased for a monthly fee that includes a replacement guarantee.
The Twizy model is electric, so therefore is part of Renault's Z.E.

Twizy Urban 45 and Twizy Urban 80

The Twizy range starts with the Urban 45 which is priced at €6,990 in Europe with a monthly battery lease charge of €45.[5] It has a motor power of 4 kW (5 hp), a maximum speed of 45 km/h (28 mph) and can thus be driven in most european countries by drivers from 16 years old. [6]

The Urban 80 model features a 13 kW (18 hp) electric motor and can drive up to 80 km/h (50 mph). It is priced at €7,690 plus a monthly battery lease of €49.

Twizy Colour 45 and Twizy Colour 80

The Colour model is a colourful and 'fun' Twizy.

Twizy Technic 45 and Twizy Technic 80

The Technic model brings additional design elements while sharing the technical features with the Urban. It is priced at €8,490.
