Reawakening the craziest TVR of them all, the Scamander, plus the Wheeler's secret TVR collection

The amphibious TVR Scamander was Peter Wheeler's craziest car of all. Designed to be equally happy tearing around his farm, across challenging roads and yet be able to take him to his boat in the middle of a lake. I join Peter's son, Joe Wheeler, to see if we can awake the Scamander after 12 years of lying dormant.
