Collecting My Friend's New Porsche 911 GT3 RS!

I joined my friend @pl4yerone to collect his brand new Porsche 911 GT3 RS! Being the latest in the line from Zuffenhausen, the GT3 RS packs a serious punch and with the spec in Lizardgrün it absolutely looks the part. The colour is exceptionally close to the Gelbgrün of my 911 GT3 but nonetheless hugely exciting to be with John as he picks up his new car.

You may remember about 15 months ago when I was in Dusseldorf with my Aston Martin Vanquish Volante and we jumped into John's Ultra-violet 911.1 GT3 RS for a quick drive around. However that car has moved on and now the new 911.2 is waiting and ready to be collected. His car is finished with some nice touches and is undoubtedly very, very green!

The GT3 RS now takes power to 520hp from the 4.0 flat-6 but interestingly is clearly louder and more visceral than my 'regular' GT3. You notice immediately that there is more exhaust sound coming in to the cabin, however I hope I'll get to shoot a full video with one at some point.
