BMW M3 CSL manual conversion. Could this be peak M3?

The 2003 BMW M3 CSL was an epic M3 but for many enthusiasts, it was hampered by only being available with the SMG automated manual transmission. But now enterprising companies like Everything M3s in Banbury are converting CSL M3 gearboxes back to manual transmission and that's what I'm reviewing here.
