Autocar's My Week In Cars podcast hits 100 episodes this week, and to mark the occasion we've interviewed David Richards, chairman of Prodrive, which celebrates its 40th anniversary this year. (We don't normally host audio-only things here, but hope you'll give us a pass on this occasion.)

David Richards won the world rally championship as a co-driver to Ari Vatanen in 1981, then went on to found Prodrive, which has become the world's most successful multi-disciplined motorsport business, winning multiple world rally championships, world sportscar titles, Le Mans and more.
