2024 Dodge Hornet R/T | Sorry - No EpiPen Required

With a lineup in transition from muscle cars to EVs, Dodge turns to Italy for its new entry-level model while resurrecting the Hornet name. Sharing much in common with the Alfa Romeo Tonale, the Hornet emerges as a small SUV or CUV if you will with either a 2.0-liter turbo-4 in the GT model or as a plug-in hybrid here in the R/T trim. It pairs Fiat’s small but power-dense 1.3-liter turbo powering the front wheels via a 6-speed automatic transmission and a 90-kW electric motor dedicated to rear-wheel propulsion.

MSRP as-tested: $53,345
